Common login problems

CTS uses SSO login for all student services including the Learning Commons.
Login credentials are the same as CTS email username only and password (@ctschicago.edu should be removed)
Common problems include:
- Students try to access e-resources by clicking My Account on the Learning Commons website. My Account is for checking their library account (checked-out books, placing holds, digitization or book mailing requests.
- Students are using their complete email and not their username.
- Email credentials are not properly provisioned in AD. This can only be verified in OpenAthens.
- Cross-registered students (known as ACTS students) are not selecting the second option on the OpenAthens login screen.
