How do I access the myCTS portal?

If you are not able to access the portal (myCTS) here are some instructions that may help.
Please be reminded that Google Chrome and Firefox work best when accessing the new SSO Page.
If you have the Student Portal bookmarked please remove the bookmark and follow the directions below:
The proper way to connect to the new SSO and access Canvas, Campus Café and other resources from the seminary is through myCTS.
To access myCTS
(1) Go to the CTS Website
(2) Scroll down the website. At the top right of the page, Click MY CTS
(3) After you Click on My CTS at the top of the CTS website, you will be taken to a login screen. Enter your username without “cts\” before your username and without "@ctschicago" after the username.
Ex. john.smith
(4) Next you will be asked to enter your password
(5) Given that you have entered the proper username and password, the system will take you to the updated myCTS site with the Canvas, Campus Cafe, and other resource icons
(6) Now you may click on any of the new icons to access any of the resources
