Why are my bookmarks not working?

I saved bookmarks for different CTS applications like MyCTS, Canvas, and Campus Cafe but the bookmarks are not working. What do I do?


Answer

Bookmarks that were saved prior to the SSO implementation, will no longer work. Unfortunately, our new authentication system does not allow us to create bookmarks for applications that require any login such as MyCTS, Campus Cafe, and Canvas.  When you login into any of these applications, the url in the address bar is dynamic and only temporary. This means that the url will change every time you login and try to access one of the various applications at CTS. 

Instead, we recommend that you bookmark the main webpage for CTS and then click and login into MyCTS in order to access the various services available to you.
